In order to participate in the monthly photo contest, you must submit your entries (maximum of two submissions per month) to RTodd_EPIC@outlook.com. The deadline is noon on the day of the meeting but entries may be submitted any time prior to that. 

Please state which Division you are entering: Novice, Intermediate, or Open. 

If you don’t get a confirmation from Richard that he received your entry, it is your responsibility to contact him to ensure that he got it.  See your membership list for his cell phone number.

Entries can be any size; however, HD Televisions fill the screen with 1920 pixels wide by 1080 pixels tall.  Therefore, for the best showing on the big screen, you should size your landscape (horizontal) oriented images to those dimensions, though it is not mandatory. Portrait (vertical) oriented images do not fit these dimensions, so for best viewing they should be a maximum of 1080 pixels tall.
